Why can't I find the error code in the Knowledge Base?

If you search our website with a negative symbol (-) it will pull results for everything excluding the search term that follows it.

For example if you have a Licensing error -998:

If you search for the term with the negative sign the Knowledge Base will return results for articles that do not contain 998.

The correct way to search for the desired results is to search "Documentation" from the main page, and follow the link for the specific product. Documentation

Once you are on the product page select "Appendix" for the list of error codes.
