WordConverter.CloseFile => The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)
This is simply telling us the RPC Service is unavailable for some reason. Commonly this error can be seen if there is a pop-up message being displayed in the document, but there are a couple of things to check...
- Login as the DocConverter user and manually open the same document to see if any pop-up messages appear. If they do please clear them.
- Make sure the RPC service is running, if it is go ahead and try restarting it.
- Make sure the Print Spooler is running
