Q. When trying both Chrome and Firefox the browsers will not allow you to login. When accessing the support page, the browser does not render the page correctly.
A. Browsers add-on's like DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials can improve your online privacy when visiting various websites. It does it by enforcing HTTPS and blocking trackers. Blocking the tracking breaks certain elements in the website.
Resolution: Disable the browser add-on, or white-list ActivePDF website.
If you do not want the DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials to block the ActivePDF login page, click on the DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials icon in the toolbar and then turn off Site Protection for our website.
