By default, the Meridian static printer now creates a file named "print.pdf" when printing from Microsoft Internet Explorer.

In the server-side CUI, after selections were made in these settings:
- Override Client Settings
- Fetch PDF
- Open PDF,
- Fetch Timeout
- PDF Save and PDF directory settings
The settings were not changed in the client side, and the edits were not saved in the server-side CUI.

Settings made in the server-side CUI now change the default settings in the client, and the changes are saved.

When certain Microsoft PowerPoint files containing Japanese characters were converted to PDFs, there were errors in the font and font alignment.

Converted PowerPoint files containing Japanese characters now appear as expected.

4405

When the Meridian API attempted to convert an image to PDF the process failed.

Images can now be converted to PDF using the Meridian API.

4407

The PostScript file was not being saved in API conversions with KeepPortDocument property set to True.

The KeepPortDocument property now works as expected.

In the Default profile, after setting the Overwrite Method to Never Overwrite or Concatenate to Existing, PDF files were overwritten.

Existing PDF files are no longer overwritten when 'Never Overwrite' or 'Concatenate to Existing' settings are selected.

4429

When copying text from a PDF and pasting it into a Word Document, the font formatting was lost.

When pasting text copied from a PDF (if the font is installed on your machine) the font remains the same as the font used in the PDF.

4431

On Windows XP and Windows 8, Meridian would intermittently report CDateTime errors upon initiation of print job.

This was due to a time calculation bug affecting the C++ Fetch application, which is used on machines where .NET is not installed. This issue has been resolved.
