Probable Cause

An message box in the source file's application is popping up, which prevents DocConverter from finishing the task.


Solution

  1. Log on as the DocConverter user and manually open the source file.


The application's pop-up message displays.

  1. Take the steps needed to prevent the message from displaying again.


Note: Clicking OK usually solves the issue. Open the source file again to make sure the message is cleared.
