Ordinal 9965 Error


The Ordinal 9965 could not be located in the the dynamic link library mfc90u.dll.


Probable Cause


The Meridian installation program installs the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ dlls. However, if an existing VC redistribution package is already present, those files may take precedence over the newer files installed by Meridian.


Resolution



  1. Log onto the client machine with an account that has Administrator privileges.

  2. Install the latest Visual C++ redistribution package for VC 2008 (SP1 or later) on the affected client machine.
