This article provides guidance to Server users with regards to remote access environments.

Remote Desktop and Terminal Services

ActivePDF does not support running Server versions 4.x and later in Remote Desktop Services (Microsoft^® Windows Server 2008). Server can be run in a Terminal Services (Microsoft^® Windows Server 2003 and prior) environment only in Administrative mode.

Citrix

ActivePDF does not support running any version of ActivePDF Server in a Citrix environment.
