Adding Product Key

You will receive a new product key with your renewal for the term-based licenses that renew annually. 


You will need to update the License Manager before the license key expires in order to avoid a disruption in service. You should have received a new product key electronically with your renewal order. If you do not have your new license key or if you need it re-sent please reach out to us at support@apryse.com to get in touch with our technical support team.


You may update the product key anytime; Before or after expiry date.


Please open the License Manager click on the corresponding activation and use the "add" button. From the drop-down menu select add serial number.
