The customer gets an extension key delivered with their product renewal for the term-based licenses that renew annually. You will need to update the License Manager before the license key expires in order to avoid a disruption in service. You should have received an extension key electronically with your renewal order.
You may update the extension date anytime; Before or after expiry date.
Please open the License Manager click on the corresponding activation and use the "add" button. From the drop-down menu select add extension key.
