Lines are missing when using StitchPDF Print

Lines included in the original PDF are not presented in stiched PDF output.

StitchPDF does not have the ability to carry over annotations or comments.

If the lines in the original PDF are comments, they will be stripped out.

In order to properly use the lines in the output PDF, flatten the comments in the original PDF using Adobe Acrobat or another tool.
